Subject to the conditions set out herein, the Contest is open to any person aged 18 and over, residing in Canada, except for employees, representatives of Genacol, or anyone directly involved in the Contest, as well as, respectively, any person with whom such employee, representative is domiciled or any immediate family member. For the purposes of the participation rules, “immediate family” means father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, husband and wife, or common-law partner of such employee, or representative.  

The organizers of the Contest reserve the right to disqualify any person participating in this Contest in violation of the participation rules or attempting to participate by means contrary to the rules (examples: participation exceeding the allowed limit, computer hacking, automated or robotic registrations, etc.).  

By participating in this Contest, the winner irrevocably authorizes the organizers and their representatives to use their name, photograph, image, and/or voice to inform through all media that they are the winner of the Contest and without any form of compensation.  

The Prize must be accepted as described in these Rules and cannot, at the winner’s request, be substituted for another Prize or exchanged in whole or in part for money and/or transferred to another person.  

This contest is not associated with Facebook, nor is it managed, endorsed, or sponsored by Facebook.  

The decisions of the Contest organizers are final and not subject to appeal.  

This Contest is subject to all applicable provincial and federal laws and regulations.
