All online orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Most orders will arrive within 5 to 7 days.

P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We require a physical address.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all purchases of $40 or more. Additionally, we provide free shipping on your first order, even for purchases under $40!
The flat shipping fee is $10, and it’s free for any purchase over $40. Delivery is free for subscriptions.
Shipping is exclusively available in Canada, and orders are shipped via Amazon.
Shipping Status
Once your order has been shipped, a notification with the necessary tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
We accept returns of unopened products within 45 days of receipt, and you can place a new order for another product.
Returns made within 45 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. If the product is damaged, please attach an image of the damaged product to the return form.
Subscription
How does the subscription work?
By subscribing, you will receive the item(s) from your current order on a recurring basis, according to the chosen frequency option. This will allow you to benefit from a 15% discount on each order and free shipping.
To validate your subscription, add to your cart the number of bottles corresponding to the selected frequency. This frequency is carefully determined to ensure that you do not run out of product in accordance with the recommended dosage.
